Source priority
For regulatory subjects, we prioritise legislation, regulations, official checklists, government guidance and publications from the relevant authorities. Secondary sources may help identify questions but should not replace primary authority material where it is available.
Jurisdiction
Material guides display the jurisdiction they address. Act 446 content is not presented as a complete substitute for Sabah or Sarawak labour-law analysis.
Review dates
Important guides display a last-reviewed date. A review date means the page was checked against the sources available at that time; it does not guarantee that no later circular, amendment, local requirement or case-specific direction exists.
